Welcome to our brand new graze shop, where you can pick exactly what you want to buy! It's very much a work in progress and we will be improving the site and the service over time. We want to make it work as well as possible for you, so we'd love to hear what you think!

Orders

How do I place an order?

Add the items you’d like to buy to your basket, click the basket icon in the top right hand corner of the page, and go to the checkout to complete your order!

How do I view my order once I’ve placed it?

Shortly after you have placed your order, we’ll send a confirmation email to the email address you have given us.

Can I change or cancel an order once it has been placed?

Once a shop order has been placed we will begin to prepare it to be sent out as soon as possible. This means it may not be possible to change or cancel it. Contact us as soon as you can, to see if we can help. Email us at shop.us@graze.com including your 9 digit order number from your confirmation email.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Not right now, but coming soon!

I've rated snacks on the subscription site. Will these apply to my shop order?

No, your ratings won't apply. You choose exactly which items you want to receive in your shop order.

how do i apply a promo code?

You can add your graze shop promo code by heading to your cart and clicking on the 'add a promotion code' link. Once you click this link, a box will pop up where you can enter your code. Once your code has been entered, don't forget to select 'apply code' to redeem your offer.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

For the time being, we accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as Paypal. At this time, we are unable to accept pre-paid cards.

When do you take payment for my order?

We take payment as soon as you confirm your shop order at the checkout.

Can I use one of your promotion codes for my order?

Our promotion codes are specific to either our subscription or shop sites, and cannot be used across both.

Can I buy a gift voucher?

Not yet, but coming soon! However, you can buy gift vouchers for our subscription service.

Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

The shipping charge for shop orders is $4.25, but if your total order comes to more than $20, shipping is free!

Where can my order be delivered to?

Your order can be sent anywhere in the US.

How does delivery work?

Your shop order is unlikely to fit through your mailbox, so we’d recommend ordering to an address where someone will be in to receive it. If no-one is in, a card will be left to let you know that delivery has been attempted. This card will give you details on rescheduling a delivery or organising a collection from your local delivery depot.

If you haven’t received a card or your order within 14 days, please do let us know by emailing shop.us@graze.com. Be sure to include your 9 digit order number from your confirmation email when getting in touch.

When should I expect my delivery?

We’ll prepare and send your shop order as quickly as possible. Most orders will be sent by FedEx’s standard post, which means that we can’t track deliveries. If you haven’t received a card or your order within 14 days, please do let us know by emailing shop.us@graze.com. Be sure to include your 9 digit order number from your confirmation email when getting in touch.

How can I track my order?

To find tracking for your shop order, just head to your orders page. From there just click on the order you wish to track, and click on “track your order” on the next page. Alternatively, send an email over to shop.us@graze.com with your order number and one of our agents will be happy to get that for you.

Is your food suitable for people with allergies?

Graze is not suitable for people with allergies. Our snacks are packed in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, soybeans (soya), egg, fish, and crustacean shellfish. In addition to this, cross-contamination between any of our ingredients is possible.

Is your food suitable for those with celiac disease?

Is your food suitable for those with a lactose or dairy intolerance?

Do you use any genetically modified ingredients in your food?

No, we’re completely committed to using only GMO free ingredients in our kitchen.

Where can I find ingredient and nutritional information?

To see ingredients or nutritional information, just click on the image of the product you’d like to check.

Where can I find the weight of each item?

The weight of each item will be shown with its nutritional information and ingredients, which can be found by clicking on its image.

Where can I find use-by dates?

Our multipack orders will come with a booklet that includes this information, and you can find the use-by dates for our pouches on the back of the pouch.

Are your items suitable for vegetarians?

Our current range is suitable for vegetarians with the exception of our Vietnamese pho soup, our Chinese shiitake soup and our Thai tom yum soup.

A few of our natural ingredients do contain shellac, which is approved by The Vegetarian Society. The items containing shellac are: strawberries & cream granola topper, deconstructed carrot cake, mocha walnut cake, and honeycomb crunch.

We’ve got lots of great items that are suitable for vegans. Just click on the image of any product, to see the ingredients that it contains.
