In honor of National Piña Colada Day (yes it’s a real holiday!) we decided to get creative in the kitchen and whip up a better-for-you version of our favorite summer beverage.

We made a few healthy swaps and traded the usual pre-made mixes for fresh coconut milk and fresh pineapples instead! Not only is this recipe better for you, we think it’s even more delicious!

ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 112 whole frozen banana
  • 2 cup graze dried pineapple
  • 112 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 112 oz rum
  • 12 cup ice cubes
