This do it yourself chocolate bark takes chocolate to a whole new level! It’s super easy, packed with healthy ingredients, gluten free, refined sugar free and dairy free. These make an excellent gift for any occasion placed in a tin, bag or just wrapped with colored bakery twine. They can even be stored in the fridge for a few weeks.
Break or chop chocolate into pieces and melt according to package directions. Heat in the microwave for a minute. Stir well, if it is not completely melted microwave again for another 10 seconds.
Add coconut oil and stir until melted, add in sweetener following by seeds and crisp rice cereal.
Place in the freezer for 10-15 mins or until hardened. Cut into bars or just break into pieces for a more organic look.
