  • 4 tbsp cinnamon
  • 34 cup water
  • handful graze Californian almonds
  • 1 zested & juiced lemon
  • 1 tbsp honey

instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Farenheit. While you're waiting for the oven to heat up, boil 4 tbsp cinnamon in ¾ cup water and reduce. Then add in a large handful of almonds and the juice from 1 lemon.

Toss in 1 tbsp honey with the zest from the lemon. Then, pour onto a lined baking tray and pop it into the oven for 15-20 mins until golden brown. Then, enjoy!
