If you are looking for a healthy way to start the day, be sure to try this smoothie bowl! Sweet potato and banana provide natural sweetness as well as being a great source of immune-boosting vitamin C and healthy carbs to keep you going strong all day!
Bake a small sweet potato the night before and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
In blender, combine chilled and baked sweet potato, banana, peanut butter, almond milk, and cinnamon and blend until creamy and smooth.
Pour in a bowl, top with a graze salted fudge and peanut butter cookie snack pack and enjoy!
