superfood protein chocolate balls

This is the easiest recipe ever, you can pretty much swap out any ingredient for anything else. The key is to blend a whole bunch of delicious superfoods and wholesome ingredients, and then layer with dark chocolate!

ingredients

  • handful chopped chopped dates
  • 2 tbsp graze chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 12 cup cacao nibs
  • 1 cup dried graze dried cranberries
  • 13 cup puffed quinoa
  • 12 cup graze Californian almonds
  • 12 cup graze pistachio kernels
  • 23 cup dark chocolate

instructions

Melt the dark chocolate until smooth and stir in a handful of cacao nibs. Add the rest of your ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until it reaches a grainy texture. This can be as chunky as you would like!

Fill a silicon chocolate mold or ice cube tray with your mixture until each section is about ¾ full. Then fill the rest of the sections with the melted chocolate and cacao nibs.

Refrigerate until solid (or freeze to speed this up!) and then decorate with cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and anything else you think would taste delicious! Enjoy!
