super simple cherry chia pudding

Have you been wondering how to make chia seed pudding? This cherry chia pudding recipe is so easy you will want to make it everyday. Want a different flavor? Use this recipe and swap out cherries for your favorite fruit!

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • handful dried sour cherries


Pour the chia seeds, maple syrup, yogurt and milk into a jar. Slice the cherries, add them in and stir everything together before putting on the lid.

Place the mixture in the fridge overnight (or for 6-8 hours). The chia seeds will expand to form a jelly-like consistency and the liquid will all be absorbed.

Add some more freshly chopped cherries and any toppings – we’ve used blueberries but you can use any fruits, seeds, syrups or granolas you want!
