super overnight oats

The best thing about overnight oatmeal is that you can make a big batch, and keep it in the refrigerator to enjoy it as an instant breakfast every day of the week. Overnight oatmeal ensures a super speedy morning preparation, even for the ‘too busy for breakfast’ crowd!

  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 cup (juice coconut milk, or any other liquid; you can adjust to more or less depending on your own taste) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp (optional) chia seeds
  • 1 soft dried apple
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 punnet omega booster seeds
  • 1 punnet graze bountiful berries
  • dash nutmeg
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • greek yogurt
  • fresh raspberries


In a large bowl, mix together all the base and add-in ingredients.

Transfer mixture to reusable jars and allow to soak for a minimum of one hour until the oats have softened, or preferably overnight. The mixture will thicken up once soaked.

When you’re ready to enjoy, scoop the oats into a bowl and add a dollop of yogurt followed by a topping of fresh raspberries. Enjoy!
