spiced vegan gingerbread tart with baobab

Grazer and Spoon University blogger, Weichen, created this delicious spiced baobab gingerbread tart that is perfect for those looking for a healthier holiday recipe! With only a few ingredients it’s easy to make and we love that it’s vegan friendly!

  • 112 finely ground Graze coconut chia cookies
  • 6 tbsp melted coconut butter
  • 2 tsp Raw Spice Bar gingerbread spice mix
  • 1 pinch salt
  • whipped coconut cream
  • coconut sugar
  • 1 snack pack graze baobab & raspberry clusters


Mix the ground chia cookies, coconut butter, 1 tsp of gingerbread spice mix and sea salt together and press firmly into a small tart pan to form the crust.

Bake at 375 F in a pre-heated oven for 7 min and let cool while you prepare the filling.

Mix the whipped coconut cream with the rest of the gingerbread spice and add a touch of coconut sugar to taste. (More if you like it sweet or none for a less sweet tart!)

Top the tart with the graze baobab snack and enjoy!
