This is my staple breakfast! I have a bowl after my morning workouts to pack in healthy carbs and protein for muscle recovery, and I can put loads of fruit, nuts and seeds as toppings. Victoria, graze ambassador

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 23 cup milk of choice
  • 12 cup oats
  • toppings of choice


Place all ingredients into a saucepan.

Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until it reaches the desired thickness.

Serve with your favorite toppings - go for seeds, nuts and fresh fruit for maximum nutritional benefits!
