We're all about enjoying the best of both worlds so we couldn't wait to share this healthy recipe with you from guest blogger Hazel. This snack is sweet, but with a sour twist. It's filling, simple and satisfying. This snack has a pecan base which really gives this creation that classic cheesecake taste. Yum!skip to the recipe
In a food processor, add in pecans and blend until it’s crumb-like before mixing with the brown sugar.
In a pan, melt the coconut oil before adding in the pecan crumbs. Blend until it’s completely covered. Leave to cool slightly, then pour the mixture into the bottom of a jar and leave in the fridge for about an hour.
Once the hour is up, mix the cream cheese, greek yogurt, caster sugar and dried sour cherries and pour that into the jar. Sprinkle a few more cherries on top before putting it in the fridge to chill overnight.
And taa-daa! Raw cherry cheesecakes!
