ingredients

  • 12 cup oatbran
  • 12 cup honey
  • 12 cup dehydrated coconut
  • 12 cup peanut butter
  • 1 snack pack Vitamin E Defence
  • 1 handful chopped pistachio kernels

instructions

Pour your peanut butter into a mixing bowl with the oatbran, honey and dehydrated coconut. Blend your graze snack pack in a blender and add it to the bowl. Mix together with a wooden spoon until thoroughly mixed into a dough.

Take small handfuls of the mixture and roll into balls.

Chop the pistachios and either sprinkle over your protein balls or place in a tray so you can roll the ball in the chopped nuts.

Refrigerate for freshness - these protein balls stay fresh for approximately one week.
