Add less milk to take on an ice-cream texture, and more milk to go for a cereal substitute! Enjoy!

ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 13 cup almond milk
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 punnet graze triple berry smoothie
  • hemp seeds
  • 1 handful granola

instructions

Chop and freeze bananas overnight.

Next morning, use all ingredients to blend together. Add more milk if needed!

Add toppings, and enjoy!
