Mix together the chia seeds, almond milk and honey in a mixing bowl. Pour into a container with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
Melt the peanut butter for 30 seconds until it is soft but not liquid. Layer half of the pudding into a cup or mason jar and pour half of the peanut butter into the cup. Top with half of the jelly and repeat the process one more time.
Top with a crumbled apple cinnamon flapjack and some stars & stripes for an exciting flavor boost. Enjoy!
