PB&J chia seed pudding

For National Peanut Butter & Jelly Day we re-imagined a healthy twist on everyone’s favorite childhood lunch with this delectable PB&J chia seed pudding! Layered chia seed pudding with peanut butter and grape jelly creates a truly tempting twist on your classic PB&J sandwich. YUM!

  • 3 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 12 cup jelly
  • 1 punnet stars & stripes
  • 1 punnet graze apple cinnamon flapjack


Mix together the chia seeds, almond milk and honey in a mixing bowl. Pour into a container with a lid and refrigerate overnight.

Melt the peanut butter for 30 seconds until it is soft but not liquid. Layer half of the pudding into a cup or mason jar and pour half of the peanut butter into the cup. Top with half of the jelly and repeat the process one more time.

Top with a crumbled apple cinnamon flapjack and some stars & stripes for an exciting flavor boost. Enjoy!
