recipe December 22 2017 by Sophie
These melted snowman cookies are easy and really fun to make! And you don't need to use the same decorations as us, just melted some white chocolate and start experimenting.
skip to the recipeMelt the white chocolate in 10 second bursts in the microwave - careful not to burn it! Stir it all up and dollop on top of the protein cookies so it looks like melted snow.
Use a fork to roll each protein ball around in the white chocolate so it's completely coated, and drop each one off centre onto a cookie.
Wrap each raspberry string into a tight curl and hold it so it moulds to the shape, then place each one carefully around the necks of your snowmen. We needed two on each to go all the way around.
Break up the carrot chips and choose the three shards that look the most like snowmen noses, then stick it onto your snowman face along with frozen raspberry pieces for eyes.
Cut up a dried cranberry and use white chocolate to stick a small piece to the top of each vanilla sponge drop - these are your snowman hats. Place them carefully on their heads and don't worry too much about making them strait - the snowmen are melting afterall!
Use the mini fudge pieces as buttons and the almond slivers as arms, and tada! Your cookies are ready. If your white chocolate isn't set, make sure to pop them in the fridge for a little while before serving,
