This smoothie isn’t just a delicious way to keep cool this summer; with coconut water, chia seeds and turmeric there’s tons of nutritional benefits! We’ve piled it high with coconut mango, fresh mango and the passion fruit spread from our mango coconut granola protein topper for a tasty finishing touch.

ingredients

  • 112 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp soaked in 4 tbsps of water graze chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 14 tsp turmeric
  • 12 whole frozen mango
  • 14 whole cucumber
  • 1 whole lime
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 5 whole ice cubes
  • 1 dash coconut yoghurt
  • 1 snack pack graze protein granola topper
  • 1 splash passion fruit spread and fresh fruit

instructions

Blend all ingredients into your blender until smooth.

Pour into a cup or bowl.

Top with fresh fruit & graze snacks.
