Quick salads are my go-to during the week. If you meal prep or you just like a hearty salad, the kale and cabbage duo will add the perfect crunch to any meal. You can even add a little protein and fat and you have a complete salad! I hope you enjoy!

ingredients

  • 1 package pre-cut kale and cabbage
  • 4 tbsp honey mustard dressing
  • 2 tbsp dried graze dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp graze pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • sliced avocado

instructions

Tip the cabbage and kale into a big bowl and pour in the dressing. Massage with tongs or your hands till the veggies becomes brighter and coated in dressing. Add more to taste.

Add in the rest of the ingredients and top with avocado and more cranberries and seeds!
