Quick salads are my go-to during the week. If you meal prep or you just like a hearty salad, the kale and cabbage duo will add the perfect crunch to any meal. You can even add a little protein and fat and you have a complete salad! I hope you enjoy!
Dump the cabbage/kale mix into a big bowl and pour in the dressing. Massage with tongs or your hands till the veggies becomes brighter and coated in dressing. Add more if you like yours more on the heavy dressing side.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and top with avocado and more cranberries and seeds!
