Take your first piece of toast and add the sliced goats cheese, fig and a drizzle of honey.
On your second piece, spread a layer of peanut butter and top with sliced banana and a sprinkle of coconut flakes.
And finally, mash and spread half an avocado over the last slice and sprinkle over pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and chilli flakes to taste.
