It’s super easy to just make your own energy bars at home! Just follow this simple recipe from guest blogger Karen to make these deliciously chewy energy bars with all natural ingredients.

ingredients

  • 23 cup whole graze brazil nuts
  • 13 cup pure graze pure sunflower seeds
  • 14 cup graze chia seeds
  • 23 cup graze chilean flame raisins
  • 13 cup soft graze soft dried pear
  • 14 cup dried graze dried cranberries
  • 113 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter

instructions

Add all your ingredients to a blender, and blend until it reaches a dough-like consistency.

Line a tray with greaseproof paper and spread the dough evenly with a spatula.

Leave in the fridge until firm and then cut into bars. Wrap with paper or clingfilm for an on the go energy boost!
