ingredients

  • 2 cup trimmed arugula
  • 1 cup kale
  • 14 cup cilantro leaves
  • 14 cup fresh basil
  • 14 cup fresh parsley
  • 14 whole green onions
  • 1 cup fat-free greek yogrut
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 12 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp black pepper

instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth - add more or less salt, pepper, and spices to taste. Serve with pita chips or graze's sesame garlic crunch.
