graze’s ‘super cool’ veggie herb dip

Trying to eat more veggies, but can’t stand salads? We’ve created a super creamy, low-fat veggie dip that will help you eat more veggies without even realizing it! (Seriously, this dip is a great way to hide veggies for even the pickiest eaters!) With tons of healthy greens, like arugula and kale, and plenty of herbs, this creamy dip packs a delicious punch of flavor.

ingredients

  • 2 handful arugula
  • 1 handful kale
  • 1 handful chopped fresh scallions, coriander, parsley and basil
  • 1 cup fat-free greek yogrut
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 12 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp black peppercorns

instructions

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth.

Add a little more lemon, pepper and spices to taste.

Serve this dip with pretty much any savory graze snack! (We think it’s pretty delicious with our dried not fried beet chips!)
