  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 112 tbsp acai powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar
  • 1 handful fresh or dried golden berries
  • 1 tbsp dollop of yogurt
  • 1 snack pack graze summertime punch


Mix the chia seeds, acai powder, milk and agave syrup into a jar. Stir everything together well and put lid on top.

Place the pudding in the fridge overnight (or for 6-8 hours). The chia seeds will expand to form a jelly-like consistency and the liquid should be fully absorbed.

Add a dollop of coconut yogurt, some freshly chopped golden berries and the graze summertime punch snack for a super snack or breakfast packed with nutrients!
