frozen protein granola bites

If you're looking to satisfy your craving for a frozen treat, we have the perfect healthy snack for you. Our frozen protein granola bites are a tasty substitute for froyo or ice cream, and are a great way to cool down after a warm summer day. Best of all, they're kid-approved so the whole family can enjoy!

ingredients

  • greek yogurt
  • honey
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 2 tbsp nutella
  • sliced graze dried sour cherries
  • chopped strawberries
  • 1 snack pack honeycomb & almond protein topper
  • 1 snack pack graze protein topper
  • 1 snack pack graze protein topper

instructions

honeycomb & almond: Divide the granola into 4 baking cups and add in some yogurt with a spoon - careful not to overdo it! Place the sliced banana on top and sprinkle in some more granola. Place the cups in a muffin tray to keep its shape and freeze for a couple of hours. To serve, peel off the wrapper and let defrost a tiny bit (the yogurt will be rock hard!).

cherry & chocolate: Mix nutella into your yogurt until smooth (our ratio was about 3:1 yogurt to nutella). Divide the granola into 4 baking cups and and add in some nutella yogurt with a spoon - careful not to overdo it! Place the sliced cherry on top and sprinkle some more granola. Place the cups in a muffin tray to keep its shape and freeze for a couple of hours. To serve, peel off the wrapper and eat immediately.
