easy 4th of July parfaits

Parfaits are one of our go-to snacks to serve on 4th Of July weekend because they are a healthier dessert option, easy to make and colorful! We whipped up these patriotic red, white and blue parfaits with only a few ingredients. With plain greek yogurt and fresh fruit this 4th of July dessert is refreshing and provides the perfect, cheerful pop of red, white and blue at your July 4th BBQ.

ingredients

  • 14 cup greek yoghurt
  • 14 cup strawberries
  • 1 snack pack graze strawberries & cream protein topper
  • 1 snack pack stars & stripes
  • 1 snack pack graze original protein flapjack

instructions

Find a short glass cup or jar to serve your parfaits in. You will want to use a clear container to show off all of the tasty layers!

Rinse and cut up the fresh fruit before building your parfait. It will be much easier and quicker to have the strawberries pre-diced before layering. We used 3 large strawberries and kept the blueberries whole.

Start layering! This is our favorite step and the time to get creative! You can keep it simple and classic by placing all of the granola at the bottom, then layering with yogurt, fruit and graze snacks or you can try multiple layers.
