coconut & pineapple protein truffles

We love snacks that are healthy, sweet and satisfying, so we can't get enough of these truffles. They're made with coconut and pineapple for a tropical twist that gives us major vacation vibes. This treat is really simple to make and is kid-approved so the whole family can enjoy!

  • 1 cup dried pineapple
  • 12 desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar
  • 12 cup pecans
  • 12 cup graze baked salted peanuts


Combine the nuts in a food processor and add 1 tbsp. of agave nectar and a pinch of salt.

Add the dried pineapple in slowly then roll into a ball. Then cover in the dessicated coconut.

Chill in the fridge for at least one hour before eating. Then you're ready to enjoy!
