blueberry, ginger & beetroot shake

Give yourself the best start to the day with this deliciously thick and creamy breakfast shake from guest blogger Christine.

TGIF and I'm basically dragging myself to the finish line, you guys... Still, this Blueberry & Ginger Beetroot shake for breakfast started me off right and I have no one else to blame for my blahs today but myself!

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 12 cup beetroot & ginger juice
  • 150 g plain Greek yogurt
  • hemp seeds
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • snack pack granola


Blend the blueberries, juice and yoghurt until smooth.

Top with hemp seeds, chia seeds and a graze protein topper.
