beet cheese bites

Our NEW dried not fried beet chips are unlike any savory snack we’ve ever created! We love their vibrant color and natural sweetness and just knew they would be the perfect healthier chip to dip with this Thanksgiving! We created a mouth-watering goat cheese and almond dip to spread over these beet chips to create a truly gourmet yet easy appetizer!

  • 1 cup goat cheese
  • 12 juice of a lemon
  • 12 zest of a lemon
  • 212 tbsp almonds
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 4 lemon thyme leaves
  • 14 graze beet chips
  • 223 tbsp caramelized red onion marmalade


Add the lemon zest and juice to the goat cheese.

Blend the smoked almonds and the thyme leaves well, and add about 2/3 to the goat cheese and lemon.

Season with salt and pepper.

Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.

Place a little onion marmalade on top of each beet chip.

Place a small teaspoon of the goat cheese mix on top of the marmalade.

Use the remaining 1/3 of the smoked almond and thyme mix to sprinkle on top of the goat cheese.
