What kind of snacks would a Michelin star chef create?

We joined forces with Michelin star UK chef Simon Rogan to see what kind of snacks a gourmet chef would create and we were not disappointed!

We spent six months in the kitchen with Rogan using the latest culinary technology and gourmet ingredients, like lobster and black truffle oil, to create snacks inspired by a four course Michelin star meal from starter to dessert.

As much as we would love to add these snacks to the graze offering we don’t think our grazers would be down with the price (these gourmet snack mixes are valued at $336.86!). For now we will keep dreaming about the grilled salad and the mascarpone raspberry hazelnut biscuit.

Our final menu?

Course 1: Grilled salad
Cartmel-farmed cauliflower, kale, freeze-dried Isle of Mull cheddar, garlic, chili and sunflower seeds

Course 2: Lobster and horseradish meringue
Lobster puffs, horseradish styrofoam, beetroot, apple and tarragon

Course 3: Salt and vinegar chicken popcorn
Crispy chicken skin with salt and vinegar half popped corn

Course 4: Mascarpone, raspberry and hazelnut biscuit
Freeze-dried mascarpone, raspberry strings, pear, hand-picked sweet cicely and hazelnut biscuit.
