vegan 'ice cream' sundaes

Love ice cream but looking for a vegan-friendly recipe? We got creative in the graze kitchen and worked with our in-house nutritionist to whip up some healthy vegan ice cream sundae recipes for you!

we love vegan ice cream!

Our favorite is probably the chocolate cherry sundae because chocolate, duh! Our strawberries & cream sundae is perfect for those with a sweet tooth and our tropical mango coconut sundae is such a refreshing treat for a hot summer afternoon.

These recipes are so amazing because they are vegan and easy to make! We have even whipped these up in the office for a delicious afternoon treat. Enjoy!

chocolate cherry sundae ingredients

  • 3 bananas, frozen & sliced
  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • toppings: fresh cherries, chocolate cherry granola topper

strawberries & cream sundae ingredients

  • 2 bananas, frozen & sliced
  • 1 handful strawberries, frozen
  • 2 tbsp soy yogurt
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • toppings: fresh strawberries, strawberries & cream protein topper

mango coconut sundae ingredients

  • 2 bananas, frozen & sliced
  • ½ mango, frozen & chopped
  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • toppings: fresh mango, mango coconut protein topper

directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients except for the toppings in a food processor and blend until smooth. The consistency should be like soft serve ice cream (try not to devour it yet).
  2. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for about 3 hours.
  3. Scoop & serve! We suggest topping the sundaes with your favorite graze granola toppers!
