After the success of our beet chips we couldn’t wait to try more dried-not-fried chip alternatives! Using the same dehydration process means these carrot slices have absolutely nothing added - all the natural flavors are preserved, giving it a satisfying crunch.

Our brand new carrot chips are simply cut and dried. This means no oil is added to them in the crisping process so they’re naturally low in fat.

If you’re keeping a watchful eye on portions, a serving of carrot chips weighs in at less than 100 calories, making them the perfect snack option to munch on when you need a pick-me-up at your desk - satisfying but not too heavy.

These snackable crisp alternatives contain over a 20% of their weight in fiber, which tallies up to almost a third of your daily recommended fiber intake. Absolutely no salt is added so you won’t get the post chip eating thirst, and they are high in both vitamins K and C.

We need vitamin K for healthy bones and blood and our bodies need vitamin C for a whole host of different reasons, from: keeping our immune systems working at full throttle to fend off coughs and colds, for healthy skin, gums and teeth, energy and safeguarding our cells at a cellular level to protect them from oxidative stress.

Some facts you might not have known about carrots:

  • Carrots belong to the Umbelliferae family, named after the umbrella-like flower clusters that plants in this family produce.
  • Carrots are related to parsnips, fennel, parsley, anise, caraway, cumin and dill.
  • Orange carrots get their bright orange color due to their high concentration of the pigment beta-carotene which is also found in pumpkins, apricots and nectarines.
