Yes! I love smashed chili avocado on toasted sourdough bread with poached eggs.
It's so quick and easy to throw together and the warmth and crunch of the toasted sourdough makes the smashed avocado extra creamy and zingy from the squeezed lime. I sometimes have it with boiled eggs if I don't have poached eggs.
These crunchy beet chips are dehydrated, rather than fried, with no added salt, sugar or oil. Plus they are high in manganese and potassium!
carrot and orange chews, raw almonds and soft apple pieces
crunchy carrot slices, dried-not-fried for a light and nutritious alternative to chips - 100% carrot and nothing else!
One of our nutritionist's favorites - dried sour cherries, soft dried pear slices and California walnuts.
