Yes! I love smashed chili avocado on toasted sourdough bread with poached eggs.

It's so quick and easy to throw together and the warmth and crunch of the toasted sourdough makes the smashed avocado extra creamy and zingy from the squeezed lime. I sometimes have it with boiled eggs if I don't have poached eggs.

Make it at home!

  1. Mash an avocado and squeeze some lime or lemon into the guacamole.
  2. Add some finely chopped spring onions, ground black pepper and chilies for an additional kick.
  3. Sprinkle on some graze soy roasted sunflower seeds on top for an extra crunch and salty flavor!
