beets dip

beet chips

Anything with chickpeas is a winner for me! I love the slight kick that these jalapeño chickpeas have and love how they are coupled with crunchy beet chips and nutrient filled sunflower seeds. The snack as a whole gives you a good source of fiber, protein, vitamin E, manganese and copper but most importantly it tastes good too!

natural energy nuts

I know they’re not the most glamorous of all the snacks in the range but I have a soft spot for this combination! Sometimes you just want some plain nuts without the frills. I love nuts because I know they are going to do my body a whole load of good. This snack has raw and blanched almonds, roasted hazelnuts and walnuts for a delicious source of fiber, protein, vitamins E, B5 and minerals like manganese, copper, magnesium and phosphorus!

post about cashews

punchy protein nuts

The chili lime cashews in this snack give the blend of almonds and peanuts a nice sprucing up. I’m always looking for ways to ensure I’ve got protein in with my snacks, so punchy protein nuts are always one of my reliable go-to graze snacks.

cinnamon, date and honey pure bars

These portable finger-like bars include three different seeds (sesame, pumpkin and sunflower) which means it’s a good source of minerals from magnesium, copper, selenium and manganese as well as vitamin E, fiber and protein! Plus, they’re naturally sweet from the dates but I love how the most abundant ingredient are seeds.

cocoa orange bites with green tea

I love anything that promotes pausing for a cup of tea and some downtime during the day. I love enjoying these bites as a treat when I fancy an indulgent sugar kick. The inclusion of almond butter, cacao, orange zest and dates creates a great flavor and the soy crispies give the snack a great protein lift!
