What makes them taste so good?

Our flapjacks are made in the British country side by the White family from their own 30-year-old recipe. These oaty delights are hand baked in small batches so the rustic rolled oats aren’t damaged, to make oat squares that provide a source of fiber and taste genuinely homemade.

Our taste experts know what flavors taste great together, so they work with the family bakers, adding their own wholesome ingredients to craft our unique range of oat squares.

Cocoa vanilla oat squares with cacao pairs delicious vanilla with rich cocoa powder and chocolatey cacao nibs from Peru, perfect for those chocolate cravings.

Cinnamon oat squares with chia is totally packed with seeds! Pumpkin, sunflower, flax and chia all come together in this cinnamon spiced treat.

Banana oat squares with lucuma packs as much banana flavor in as possible, with superfood lucuma powder to add a natural sweetness.

Berry oat squares with flax looks as vibrant as it tastes, with juice infused cranberries for a fruity burst of flavour.

What are the benefits?

Because all our flapjacks are baked in small batches, the whole rolled oats keep all their natural goodness, making this healthy snack a source of fiber and manganese, a nutrient which supports an energy-yielding metabolism and protects cells from oxidative stress.

What is cacao?

Cacao is one of the most nutrient-rich superfoods.

It’s high in iron and magnesium which both help reduce tiredness and fatigue, copper to support your immune system, and manganese to help release energy. It also contains potassium which helps to maintain normal blood pressure.

All our cacao is sourced through the Luker foundation, producing the finest Fino de Aroma beans through a direct relationship with small growers and cooperatives.

What is super chia?

Chia seeds are a source of fibre and protein, as well as the fatty acid omega 3. They also contain selenium, an essential mineral which contributes to the normal function of the immune system, and phosphorus which is needed for healthy bones and teeth.

What is lucuma?

The lucuma fruit looks like an avocado but has yellow instead of green flesh. It contains vitamin B3 and beta-carotene which help to maintain our skin, so you could call it a ‘beauty fruit’. Lucuma grows in Peru and its sweet caramel taste makes it Peru’s favorite ice cream flavor. We tried adding some to a banana flapjack and the flavors worked so well we couldn’t resist sharing it with you!

What is flax?

Flaxseeds are small, brown, shiny seeds, which give our flapjacks a lovely texture and nutty taste. Like most seeds, flaxseeds contain many vitamins and minerals, such as calcium which maintains teeth and bones and thiamin which contributes to normal heart function.

What is maca?

Maca, has a malty, sweet flavor, so we thought it would compliment maple syrup in a flapjack perfectly! Its a root vegetable that thrives on the Andes mountains in Peru and was harvested by the ancient Incas. Incan soldiers ate it for strength and endurance! We now know it contains manganese and vitamin C which help with energy release.
