Keeping up a good morning ritual is one of my favourite ways to keep consistent with my health and I find for others it is too, as it’s the guaranteed meal that you’re going to be at home for. Nine times out of ten, my breakfast will be a smoothie, mainly because it’s the quickest thing I can whizz together as I love my bed and love to stay in it for as long as possible!
This is a great way to get more greens into your diet! The amount of frozen banana you use will change the thickness of your smoothie - the thicker the smoothie the more toppings it will support!
- beet juice
- frozen banana
- acai powder
- strawberries & cream protein topper
- pumpkin seeds
A fruity yet indulgent mixture - the salted fudge & peanut cookie topping is what makes this bowl truly great. Try swapping salted caramel sauce for smooth peanut butter.
The tropical one! The orange and mango in this smoothie is sure to give you a boost of vitamin C - one to go for if you're getting the winter blues.
