Starting my birthday with a healthy breakfast! A huge theme this year for me was fitness and how to be my best healthy self. Graze snacks always make eating healthy so easy, whether it is on the go or on a slow morning. To celebrate today, I made myself a smoothie bowl filled with amazing ingredients and topped with my favorite toppings from Graze.
What better way to start your morning than with a deliciousss bowl of Greek yogurt and graze?! I can munch on this all day tbh. Here's the recipe: - 3 scoops of Greek yogurt - 1/2 cup of mixed berries - 1/2 pack of flax seeds or any granola mix of your choice - 1 tablespoon of honey That's all! So yummay. Graze seriously makes healthy eating so much easier because it's so dang good.
Finding healthy snacks that actually taste good can sometimes difficult. With Graze, I solved my problem with their personalized subscription boxes! I love that I get to try a variety of different snacks delivered straight to my house! I added graze snacks to my peanut butter toast and it turned out delicious!!
I think it's no secret that I am obsessed with healthy snacks. So you better believe I was excited to try graze, a subscription service that makes healthy snacking so much easier! I made these delicious apple rings topped with peanut butter and a snack from my graze box. They were so delicious, I've already eaten all of them and definitely didn't share!
Snacking is the hardest part of eating healthy for me. I’m always on the go and need something easy to throw in the car or in my purse. That’s where Graze snacks come in! They are prepackaged in snack sized portions, taste incredible, and are good for you! And if I’m at home, I’ll add them to yogurt or wheat toast for a wholesome mid-afternoon snack.
So far, Josh and I have had the most PRODUCTIVE day ever! We knew we would be driving around a lot so we made this apple pie trail mix to take with us. It’s so good and super healthy! I used different snacks from @grazeusa to make the perfect mix.
Here’s the recipe! -1 freshly cut apple -cinnamon pretzel (graze snack) -apple & cinnamon flapjacks cut in half and rolled into little balls (graze snack) -deconstructed cinnamon apple pie (graze snack) -topped with cinnamon!
With graze it’s seriously so easy to eat healthy and their snacks are amazing.
