Q: Do you have a favorite go-to lunch?
A: Yes! I love smashed chilli avocado on toasted sourdough bread with poached eggs.
It's so quick and easy to throw together and the warmth and crunch of the toasted sourdough makes the smashed avocado extra creamy and zingy from the squeezed lime. I sometimes have it with boiled eggs if I don't have poached eggs.
