automate your health style

Automating a repertoire of good habits means that even when life gets busy, these habits are an automatic part of your life. Having your food shop delivered at a certain time every week or having a big glass of water every time you get back to your desk are classic examples. Going to your favorite spinning or yoga class every week or prepping your packed lunch as you wait for your dinner to cook are others. Graze deliveries can help to keep you on track snack-wise so you have ready-portioned snacks handy.

tighten up your “everyday habits”

Making sure you stick to everyday easy habits that you know will keep your health and waistline in check, like starting the day off with lemon water, or going to your favorite spin class every Wednesday. Choose habits that make you happy, as it requires zero willpower to do things you enjoy and if they make you feel great, then that’s an even better reason to do them!
