We promise every graze snack will…
- Be made with the best, wholesome ingredients
- Offer at least one nutritional benefit
- Have sensible portions to give you just enough
- Contain controlled amounts of sugar, salt and calories
Are graze snacks healthy?
At graze, being healthy means having your cake and eating it too! We believe eating healthy should be exciting, so all of our snacks are made with wholesome, nourishing ingredients that also taste delicious.
We believe eating healthy means:
- Finding nutritious ingredients
- Enjoying a variety of different foods
- Eating balanced portion sizes
For us, healthy habits means making good choices most of the time, while still enjoying a treat every now and then.
We don’t believe in fad diets, self-denial or complicated rules… when healthy eating is simple and enjoyable, you’re much more likely to stick to it long term. Especially if the occasional cookie is involved.
What does nutritionist-approved mean?
Our in-house nutritionist approves every single snack created in the graze kitchen before it goes out to our grazers. This means:
- No artificial colors, flavors or preservatives
- Portion-controlled snacks
- Never too much salt or sugar
- Always a nutritional benefit
no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives
Every graze snacks is made with wholesome, quality ingredients sourced from the best places and people. (Like our famous flapjacks made by the White family in their small British bakery using our classic rolled oats!) We believe using the best ingredients makes the best snacks which is why we will never allow any artificial colors, flavors or preservatives in the graze kitchen.
Snacking can help people maintain a healthy lifestyle, as long as they are snacking on foods that they love and their body loves back! I always suggest keeping a healthy snack on hand to enjoy when your body needs a pick-me-up mid-morning or mid-afternoon since this will positively affect meal choice later in the day - nobody ever made a wise meal choice when they were 'hangry'! Snacks that are sources of protein and fiber are more satisfying, so try and include these nutrients into your daily snacks and meals.
