This nut mix is one of our nutritionist’s favourite snacks, earning one of her health star badges. We combined raw and blanched almonds, roasted hazelnuts and raw walnuts for a crunchy, protein boost for any time of day.

What are the benefits?

Just one punnet of natural protein nuts provides 6.9g of natural plant protein, 45% of your RDA of copper and 59% of manganese, both needed along with vitamin E to help protect cells from oxidative stress.
