delivery

How much does delivery cost?

We offer two delivery options with our shop orders - standard and premium.

Standard:

The standard shipping charge for shop orders is £2.80, but if your total order comes to more than £10, standard shipping is free!

Premium:

We also offer premium delivery on all orders and this is priced from £4. Delivery to some postcodes will cost more (including but not limited to: Scotland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man). Cost of postage will be confirmed on the shipping and delivery page at checkout. Premium shipping to the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland is currently not available.

Where can my order be delivered to?

Your order can be sent anywhere in the UK. We don’t currently send to BFPO addresses, or to the Republic of Ireland and the rest of Europe.

How does delivery work?

Your shop order is unlikely to fit through your letterbox, so we’d recommend ordering to an address where someone will be in to receive it. If no-one is in, a card will be left to let you know that delivery has been attempted. This card will give you details on rescheduling a delivery or organising a collection from your local delivery depot.

If you haven’t received a card or your order within 7 days, please do let us know by emailing shop.uk@graze.com. Be sure to include your 9 digit order number from your confirmation email when getting in touch.

When should I expect my delivery?

We offer two delivery options with our shop orders - standard and premium.

Standard:

Standard deliveries can take between 3-5 days to arrive, although we’d expect your order to turn up much sooner!

Premium:

If you opt for premium shipping, order before 5pm on Monday - Thursday for next day delivery.

Some postcodes are excluded from our next day delivery service, but the correct delivery date for your order will be shown at checkout.

If you haven’t received a card or your snacks within 7 days of ordering, please do let us know by emailing shop.uk@graze.com. Be sure to include your 9 digit order number from your confirmation email when getting in touch.

We have worked with our suppliers to ensure that we now only use palm oil certified by the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO). RSPO is a not-for-profit organisation, combining stakeholders from within the palm oil industry to develop and implement global standards for sustainable palm oil.
