Our flapjacks come from family bakers in the Cotswolds, who make these oaty delights from a trusted 30 year old family recipe that’s been handed down through a discerning generation or two! They’re handmade from the very best rustic rolled oats and baked in small batches so each one is crafted to our deliciously high standards. Our lemon drizzle flapjack is a perfect combination of light zesty flavours with a touch of yoghurt. We’ve used lemon curd to give a lovely light and zesty flavour that you wouldn’t expect from a flapjack.
