We love puddings! We came up with our chocolate cherry tart so that we could enjoy a touch of something sweet whenever we fancied it, and still feel good afterwards. When we combined quality Belgian dark chocolate buttons (that even the most discriminating chocolatier would approve of) with whole dried cherries and crunchy pecan nuts we discovered the ultimate afternoon pick-me-up.
