How do I cancel deliveries of my four punnet snack boxes?
Please note that our cut-off times change around bank holidays. If you’d like to cancel, or make changes to an upcoming box, you’ll need to do so at least a week in advance.
You can cancel your deliveries from your orders page, which you can get to by clicking your name in the top right hand corner of any page.
And then clicking my subscription:
Click 'manage recurring order' or 'manage one-off order' depending on the order you wish to cancel.
Then choose 'more options' and 'cancel this order'.
Make sure you click through any subsequent options until you see confirmation of your cancellation.
If you have just one order set up (for example, one box that arrives every fortnight, or one box that arrives every week) then this will fully cancel that recurring delivery and no more boxes will be sent.
If you have more than one order set up (for example two boxes a week, or one box that gets delivered to you and one that goes to a friend) you’ll need to repeat this process for each delivery.
We prepare your boxes a few days in advance of when they are due to arrive, so if your next box is already being prepared when you cancel your recurring delivery then this final box will be sent. You can see our cut-off times for cancelling your order here.
