Some questions about our breakfasts


Are graze breakfasts suitable for people with allergies?

Graze is not suitable for people with allergies. As all our food is packed in the same place, we cannot guarantee our snacks will be suitable for people with specific dietary requirements as cross-contamination is likely to occur.

Are graze breakfasts suitable for vegans?

The following breakfasts are suitable for vegans:

  • Rugged maple and pecan granola
  • Bramble country
  • Scandinavian forest fruits
  • Summer fayre
  • Apple and cinnamon porridge
  • Forest berry porridge 
  • Apple and pear porridge

Please do bear in mind, however, that all our food is packed in the same place, so cross contamination is possible. 

How do I check the ingredients?

How do I cook my porridge?

Tip the porridge oats into a bowl.

Add 200ml of milk (or until the oats are just covered). We like to use semi-skimmed milk, but other types (or water) are great too.

Microwave on full power for 2 minutes*.

*times may vary depending on your microwave

Why has my box changed?

Since we launched our porridge box, we've had lots of great feedback from customers, which we used to make our breakfast range even better. We have improved our porridge recipes, added mueslis and granolas and increased the portion sizes, so you can get more from your breakfast.

What if I only want porridge?

There are five new and improved porridges in the range, you may even recognise some of your old favourites, though the portions and recipes have changed. If you'd prefer to just get porridge in your box, you can "bin" the breakfasts you don't want using our ratings tool.

Where's the honey gone?

We've decided not to include any honey portions in our new breakfast box. We thought we'd try something a bit different, so have come up with some crafty ways to work a bit of sweetness into your cereal and porridge! Look out for lots of fruit, honeyed almonds and granola, yoghurt pieces and fruit-infused flakes.

Why has the price gone up?

Our breakfast chefs have used some truly unique ingredients in our new cereals and porridges, like pomegranate and macadamia nuts. Plus, the portions are a fair bit bigger.
