For the orange and red tacos, coat the inside with a condament of your choice, we suggest houmous, salsa or a lime yoghurt combo. Layer on the sweet corn, spiralised carrot, beetroot crunch and carrot crisps.
For the green tacos, spread some mashed avocado on the inside, then layer with your 3 bean salad (ours is edamame, kidney and pinto), pomegranate seeds, sliced avocado, sliced radish and fresh coriander.
Fold or roll and serve!
