Make the most of the warmer weather with these deceptively indulgent vegan ice cream sundaes. Not only will you smash your vitamin intake out of the park, you’ll also get a fibre boost from our vegan snack toppers!

  • 2 frozen & sliced bananas
  • 12 frozen & chopped mango
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 12 tsp vanilla extract
  • fresh mango
  • 2 frozen & sliced bananas
  • 1 handful frozen strawberries
  • 2 tbsp vanilla soy yoghurt
  • fresh strawberries
  • 3 frozen & sliced bananas
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • fresh dried sour cherries


Mango & coconut: Place 2 frozen bananas with half a frozen mango, 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt and half a teaspoon of vanilla in your blender or food processor and blend until smooth. The consistency should be like soft serve ice cream. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 3 hours. Scoop and serve with a graze snack topper.

Strawberries & cream: Blend 2 frozen bananas with a handful of fresh strawberries and 2 tablespoons of vanilla soy yoghurt until smooth. Freeze for at least 3 hours. Scoop and serve with fresh strawberries and a graze snack topper.

Cherry & chocolate: Blend 3 frozen bananas with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder until smooth. Freeze for at least 3 hours. Scoop and serve with fresh cherries and a graze snack topper.
