Mango & coconut: Place 2 frozen bananas with half a frozen mango, 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt and half a teaspoon of vanilla in your blender or food processor and blend until smooth. The consistency should be like soft serve ice cream. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 3 hours. Scoop and serve with with fresh mango and mango & coconut protein topper.
Strawberries & cream: Blend 2 frozen bananas with a handful of fresh strawberries and 2 tablespoons of vanilla soy yoghurt until smooth. Freeze for at least 3 hours. Scoop and serve with fresh strawberries and strawberries & cream protein topper.
Cherry & chocolate: Blend 3 frozen bananas with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder until smooth. Freeze for at least 3 hours. Scoop and serve with fresh cherries and cherry & chocolate protein topper.
