vanilla & honey chia pudding

This naturally sweet and creamy chia pudding is the perfect dessert or afternoon snack. Add whatever topping you fancy, this simple yet delicious recipe is perfect for showing off your favourite graze snack.

Fresh or frozen cherries and berries make a great topper for this simple chia pudding recipe, but I prefer the zesty chewiness of these dried sour cherries!



  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 250 ml unsweeted vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tbsp alpro vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • handful dried sour cherries
  • 1 punnet graze triple berry smoothie


Pour the chia seeds, honey, yoghurt and milk into a jar. Stir everything together before you screw the lid on top.

Place your mixture in the fridge overnight (or for 6-8 hours). The chia seeds will expand to form a jelly-like consistency and the liquid will all be absorbed.

To serve, stir well to make sure all the ingredients are combined, add some dried sour cherries and top with a punnet of triple berry smoothie.
