tropical power porridge

Have a super start to the day with this tropically charged energising porridge with spirulina.

  • 50 g oats
  • 125 ml almond milk
  • 125 ml coconut water
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder
  • 12 mashed banana
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 punnet graze tropical power
  • fresh blueberries


Add all the oats, almond milk, coconut water, spirulina powder, mashed banana and pea protein to a saucepan and simmer over a medium heat for a few minutes, until the oats reach your desired consistency.

Pour into a bowl and top with a punnet of graze tropical power and some fresh blueberries.
