valentine’s breakfast smoothie

Get the perfect start to Valentine’s day on Sunday morning with this breakfast smoothie inspired by chocolate dipped strawberries.

  • 2 tbsp nutella
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • handful dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 12 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 12 cup unsweetened almond milk


Put all the nutella, frozen banana, first cup of milk, 1 tbsp honey, frozen strawberries, cocoa powder and chocolate chips into a blender and mix on high until smooth. Pour into the bottom of your glass and store in the freezer.

Make sure you rinse out the chocolate smoothie remnants from your blender before you put all the rest of the ingredients in. Mix on high until smooth.

Get your glass from the freezer, and if you fancy it you can put a layer of granola in there before pouring in the strawberry layer of smoothie.
