Never know what to do with chia seeds? This is your answer. This chia pudding is so quick and easy anyone can throw it together. And you can use any flavour you want – just swap out the cherries!

ingredients

  • 4 tbsp graze chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • graze dried sour cherries
  • graze dried blueberries

instructions

Pour the chia seeds, maple syrup, yoghurt and milk into a jar. Slice the cherries and add them, stirring everything together before you screw the lid on top.

Place your mixture in the fridge overnight (or for 6-8 hours). The chia seeds will expand to form a jelly-like consistency and the liquid will all be absorbed.

Add some more freshly chopped cherries and any toppings – we’ve used blueberries but you can use any fruits, seeds, syrups or granolas you fancy.
