Chia seeds are a great source of omega 3 and 6, protein, fibre and key minerals – enjoy!
Pour the chia seeds, maple syrup, yoghurt and milk into a jar. Slice the cherries and add them, stirring everything together before you screw the lid on top.
Place your mixture in the fridge overnight (or for 6-8 hours). The chia seeds will expand to form a jelly-like consistency and the liquid will all be absorbed.
Add some more freshly chopped cherries and any toppings – we’ve used blueberries but you can use any fruits, seeds, syrups or granolas you fancy.
